August Alsina is joined with a special guest Tone Stith from the 21st of January 2018 at The Olympia Theatre.
He will be bringing his "Dont Matter Tour" to Ireland. He hails from New Orleans and is a success over in the states and is only 22 years of age as a R&B artist and he is egar to follow in the success of his last album.
His 2015 sophomore album, This Thing Called Life also debuted in the top 20 and featured “Hip Hop”, which has become Alsina’s most successful single to date.

The Cross Border Orchestra (CBOI) set up Peace Proms and was established in 1995 as a peace initiative and is composed of over 100 exceptionally talented young musicians from all over Ireland and Northern Ireland. Over the past 21 years, the CBOI has played an important role in building and nurturing vital cross border and cross community relations.
The CBOI also plays a vital role in enhancing Music and Arts Education in Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK through our Peace Proms programme. Peace Proms engages children in music and enriches their lives through exceptional musical experiences and performances. Over 25,000 Primary School children from different social, economic, cultural, religious and political backgrounds are actively participating in Peace Proms this year. Peace Proms makes the Arts more accessible to young people, their school, families and the wider community. Peace Proms celebrates culture and diversity and promotes peace, unity and tolerance through music.

Franz Ferdinand come to The Olympia Theatre! ‘Always Ascending’ the new album from Franz Ferdinand and this tour is its promotion! 
Franz Ferdinand are a rock band formed in 2002 based in Glasgow in Scotland.
On 25th of October, the band released the title track from their fifth studio album, Always Ascending, as its lead single. They revealed the album's release date, 9th of February 2018, and announced dates for a world tour which will come to Dublin on 11th February.

The Norwegian start is coming to Dublin's 3 Arena on the 22nd of February 2018.

Elbow

On Saturday the 24th of February 2018, Elbow come to Dublin's 3 Arena with very special guest John Grant.
This tours comes from the release of their 7th studio album, Little Fictions, which was released in February of 2017.
Elbow are an English rock band which form Guy Garvey, Craig Potter, Mark Potter and Pete Turner. They have played together since 1990 but formed the name Elbow in 1997.

Seal is back and he is in Ireland with his new tour in The Olympia Theatre on Sunday the 25th of February 2018.
In a career that has been 30 years in the making and a string of Grammy, Brit and Ivor Novello awards along the way, Seal continues to shine as one of the world’s brightest music stars.
“Standards” brings the glamour of Old Hollywood straight to the present. It is a natural successor to his series of soul records, made a decade ago which sold over 5 million copies around the world. 
It is not known if he will be back in Ireland so I would suggest getting the tickets soon!

Imagine Dragons

26th February 2018
Imagine Dragons is an American rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada, consisting of lead vocalist Dan Reynolds, lead guitarist Wayne Sermon, bassist and keyboardist Ben McKee, and drummer Daniel Platzman.
You'll know them from their hit song "Radioactive". Imagin Dragons take to the stage in the 3 Arena in Dublin's city centre on February 26th 2018 as they announce their Evolve Tour.
They have released their 3rd studio album also called Evolve and are now taking it on tour accross the globe.

Nathan Carter comes to Dublin on March 23rd 2018. He will be performing in the 3Arena in Dublin's City Cnetre! This concert is sure to sell out fast so grab your ticket while you can! 
Nathan has outsold One Direction, Michael Buble and Pharrell Williams in Ireland in the last few years, he is just a hit! 
Origionally from Co. Down in Ireland, Nathan gew up in Liverpool and his family have been an inspiration to him and having Irish roots is what's helped Nathan to become a lover of music. He remembers is trips back home to Ireland where he would witness the great tarditional playing and he then even competed in Fleadh Ceoil's, in which he then went on to win All Ireland medal for singing! 
He has sinced signed with a new record label and this is part of the new tour promoting his new album.

This show is part of The Architect Tour 2018 in promotion of her new album also named The Architect.
This will be her fist studio album in 4 years.
This album will not be the usual speaking about love and so ons but more about politics from the perspective of the common man or woman, observing why people are suffering. Each song on the record is about a different pocket of the socio-political world.
So this will defnitely be something different to us all but hopefully a new and interesting change.

21st - 25th March 2018
Bell X1 are playing 5 nights in Vicar Street from the 21st of March until the 25th of March 2018.
No show will be the same as each night there is a different theme.
Night 1 - Neither Am I. The ful album will be played and some choice catalogue selections will be played.
Night 2 - Music in Mouth. The full album will be played and some catalogue selections.
Night 3 - Flock. The full album will be played and some catalogue selsctions will be played.
Night 4 - Greatest Hits. So if you dont love all their songs ans just the main ones then this will be the night for you. 
They will play a selsction from their full catalouge and the full band will be there along with the electric set up.
Night 5 - Acoustic-ish. 
This final night the band will perform selections from their full catalogue and it will be acoustic only there will be no mad electric set up as the previous night.
This set of shows comes along as it is the bands 20th year in the muic business and are celebrating with their home crowd.

Sam Smith announces his tour for 2018 with his Irish date for the 30th March in Dublin's 3 Arena!

Arcade Fire

6th April 2018
Following an acclaimed run of shows across the UK and Europe this summer, Arcade Fire have announced a headline tour for Spring 2018, which will see “one of the most popular and essential bands of the century” (NME) play dates in the UK but first they are kicking off in Dublin on 6th April 2018.
The live show will feature songs from the band’s forthcoming album ‘Everything Now’, featuring the title track as well as the likes of Creature Comfort and Signs of Life.

Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds have announced they will be playing in Dublin's 3Arena on Thursday, May 10 2018.
The news follows the announcement of their new album Who Built The Moon? which will be released on November The new album, which Gallagher describes as "psychedelic", is the follow-up to 2015's Chasing Yesterday.

Gary Barlow visits Dublin in the Bord Gais Energy Theatre on May 10th 2018!
This time on his solo tour, he is going to be visiting smaller venues "because you’re so much closer to the fans. The audience always seem to love the intimacy of it all too. I’m also really looking forward to playing in a couple of cities I’ve never played before as well as getting a chance to meet the fans there."

The singers hails from Canada but in his life has lived nearly all over the world, as from a young boy would move place to place and it got him used to travelling.
He attened a strick military school growing up and at the age of 10 got his first guitar and that's where it al began for him!
During his parents divorce he turned to music and at 16 left school to become a full time guitarist for  aband called Shock.
He moved from band to band but knew wiriting was where the money was, he picked up a pen, had his guitar by his side and it was all history snce then!

LCD soundsystem

LCD Soundsystem is an American rock band from Brooklyn, New York, formed in 2002. The band is fronted by musician James Murphy.
They have formed and broken up and have now reformed again
LCD Soundsystem covered the Franz Ferdinand song "Live Alone" for the Franz Ferdinand Covers EP. They also have huge hit songs such as "home" and "pow pow". 
They will be performing in Malahide Castle on 5th of June 2018.

Kodaline come back to play a gig in Malahide Castle on the 8th of June! 
They performed in the city centre during the New Years celebrations and they are coming back for 1 night!

Gorillaz

Gorillaz are an English virtual band created in 1998 by musician Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett. The band consists of four animated members: 2-D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle and Russel Hobbs.
They are coming to Dublin's Malahide Castle on the 9th of June 2018 as part of their Humanz World Tour.
Having just released their brilliant new album Humanz in late 2017, which included the tracks ‘We Got The Power’, ‘Saturnz Barz’ and ‘Let Me Out’ and featured guest appearances from Grace Jones, Mavis Staples, Pusha T,  Danny Brown and many more, Gorillaz have the momentum to create a truly special live show next summer alongside a stellar back catalog for Alburn and co to draw from.

Future Islands are coming to Dublin 2018, they are playing at Donnybrook Stadium on the 17th of June.
Future Islands are an American synthpop band based in Baltimore, Maryland in the USA.
They first played here in Ireland to 17 people in Wheelan's bar, and have gone on to wow fans at Electirc picnic and sell out shows in Vicar Street.
They are back and ready to give an amazing performance to their Irish fans in June.
