Looking for a unique way to celebrate the festive season? Tinsel & Tonic Christmas Gin School returns to Pearse Lyons Distillery in Dublin from 7 November 2026 to 9 January 2027, offering a hands-on experience for gin enthusiasts and anyone seeking a memorable seasonal activity.

Set inside the distinctive Pearse Lyons Distillery on James’s Street, this festive workshop invites guests to discover the art of gin-making with guidance from experienced distillery hosts. Choose from a selection of botanicals, experiment with aromatic flavours and use your own miniature copper still to create a personalised gin from scratch.

While your gin is distilling, enjoy festive bites and seasonal serves featuring Ha’Penny and Míl Irish Gins. Once your creation is ready, the team will check its strength before you bottle, label and personalise your very own 70cl bottle of gin to take home.

With festive music and a relaxed atmosphere, Tinsel & Tonic is an excellent choice for a Christmas outing with friends, a special celebration or a memorable gift for a gin lover.

Sessions take place on selected Saturdays, with start times at 1pm and 4.45pm. Tickets are priced at approximately €90 per person, with advance booking recommended.
