Make Christmas extra magical with The Santa Experience at the Ilac Centre in Dublin, a festive family attraction that brings children face-to-face with Santa Claus in the heart of the city. Located inside Dunnes Stores at the Ilac Centre, just off Henry Street, this traditional Christmas grotto offers a charming way to celebrate the holiday season.

Meet Santa and His Magical Elves

The experience begins with a friendly elf guide, who welcomes families and leads them on a festive journey to Santa’s Magical Cabin. Children can enjoy a personal visit with Santa, share their Christmas wishes and discover the magic of a visit tailored to them.

Each child receives an age-appropriate Christmas gift, while professional photography offers families the opportunity to capture special moments together. Parents can also provide information about their children when booking, helping Santa create a more personalised and memorable encounter.

Plan Your Visit

The Ilac Centre is conveniently located in Dublin 1, close to Henry Street, Jervis Shopping Centre and several city-centre transport links. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time during the busy Christmas period.

The attraction has operated in previous festive seasons, but visitors should check the official booking website for confirmed 2026 dates, ticket prices and opening hours.

Whether it is a first visit to Santa or a much-loved family tradition, The Santa Experience promises a heartwarming addition to Dublin’s Christmas celebrations.
