Get into the Christmas spirit with Sip & Sleigh at Pearse Lyons Distillery, returning to Dublin’s Liberties from 7 November to 19 December 2026. This fun and interactive seasonal experience combines festive flavours, expert mixology and a cosy atmosphere, making it a great choice for a Christmas outing with friends, family or colleagues.

Hosted at the distinctive Pearse Lyons Distillery, housed in a beautifully restored former church on James’s Street, the experience invites guests into Pearse’s Place, the distillery’s private pub. Here, you’ll discover the art of cocktail making while learning to shake, stir and mix three festive cocktails using Irish spirits.

Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast or simply looking for something different to enjoy this December, Sip & Sleigh offers an engaging way to celebrate the season. Expect plenty of Christmas cheer, creative drinks and a relaxed setting that’s ideal for catching up with friends or adding something special to your festive plans.

The experience takes place on selected dates throughout November and December, with sessions scheduled between 1pm and 6pm. Tickets cost €55 per person, and advance booking is recommended.

Located at 121–122 James’s Street in Dublin 8, Pearse Lyons Distillery is easily reached by public transport.
