Add a handmade touch to your Christmas celebrations with the Christmas Wreath-Making Workshop at Christ Church Cathedral on Saturday, 12 December 2026. Set within one of Dublin’s most historic landmarks, this popular seasonal event offers a relaxing opportunity to get creative and embrace the festive spirit.
Whether you are an experienced crafter or trying wreath-making for the first time, this welcoming workshop gives you the chance to create your own decorative Christmas wreath to display at home. All materials are provided, so you can simply arrive ready to enjoy a festive afternoon or morning of creativity.
The workshop takes place in the cathedral’s Henry Roe Room, offering a charming setting for this hands-on seasonal activity. With small groups of no more than 15 participants, the session provides an intimate atmosphere to enjoy the craft and make something truly personal for the holidays.
There are two sessions available, at 11am and 2pm, making it easy to fit this experience into your December plans. Tickets cost €40 per person, and participants must be aged 14 or over.
Please note that the Henry Roe Room is accessible by stairs only. The workshops are popular and early booking is recommended; the cathedral’s current listing indicates that both sessions are booked out, with a waiting list operating.
