Christmas Shopping on Grafton Street

Grafton Street, located between Trinity College and St Stephen's Green, is by far Dublin's most well known pedestrianised shopping street with café's, boutiques and quirky shops in the surrounding environs. Brown Thomas, Dublin's prestigious department store, is located here, and is well known for catering for luxury homeware, clothing and cosmetics. Look out for big designer names such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton and favourites like Tiffany's, Bobbi Brown and MAC.
During the Christmas season, people from all over Ireland have been known to flock to its windows just to see what beautiful seasonal display is on view this year. A timeless classic, their winter scenes are always the highlight of the visit to the street.
The stunning Christmas street lights will be illuminated from the end of November and simply add to the joy of the festive shopping. One of Dublin's iconic and well loved emporiums, The Stephen's Green Shopping Centre, is located at the Stephen's Green end of the street and houses its own fabulous Christmas display. From the huge Christmas tree to the colourful baubles and twinkling lights, it is a truly memorable sight.
