What the Body Does Not Remember

Abbey Theatre from May 16th to 18th 2013

The show first premiered in 1987 and it created a new landscape for dance. It was the first work from Wim Vandekeybus and Ultima Vez. 

Audiences can prepare for bricks to be thrown across the stage and for bodies to be seen colliding in the mid air of the stage. This risky choreography is not normal body language but 15 years on this gripping show is still stunning audiences.
