1) Castle Vaults - Bar & Restaurant
Just over 2 years ago the Castle Hotel opened its new Castle Vaults Bar & Restaurant, boasting a bigger dining and entertainment area than before. The “Castle Vaults” are situated in an original 19th Century Wine Vaults” with the warm stone walls and original Vaulted Ceilings exposed. Modern touches of lighting and seating have been added to make it a unique dining experience.
Dinner is served daily from5-9pm Monday to Wednesday and 5-10pm Thursday to Sunday. An A La Carte & Pre Theatre Menu as well as a Children’s menu is available.
The Bar also offers Live Traditional Irish Music 4 nights a week during summer months and 2 nights a week during winter months. A great pint of Guinness can be got and traditional Irish beers, O Hara’s Ale or O Hara’s Larger can be enjoyed in this fine bar. A Wine Menu is also available and boasts a fine bottle of House Wine or you can choose something a little more adventurous from our Cocktail menu.

2) One Pico
Located on Number 10. Molesworth Place Dublin 2, off St Stephen’s Green, One Pico is open for Lunch and Dinner 7 days a week and is Top of the list for the Top 10 recommended Restaurants in Dublin City Centre. The food is cooked to excellence and this cosy little place is perfect for private dining with a group of friends or a special family night out.

3) The Chophouse
The Chophouse Restaurant is located close to the Aviva Stadium in Dublin 4 on Number 2, Shelbourne Road and is Dublin 4’s newest Gastro Pub. The Chophouse offers locally fine food at very reasonable prices and also offers private room hire. Their main focus is about French Cuisine, with inspiration from across Asia & Japan.
The Chophouse offers a little Terrasse, providing a perfect space for

4) Brasserie Sixty6

6) Chapter One
Chapter One a is Michelin Star Restaurant and is located on Number 19 Parnell Square Dublin 1, just steps away from the Castle Hotel and on the doorstep of Dublin’s Writers Museum and The Municipal Gallery & housed in the former Jameson Whiskey Family Home. It was awarded Michelin Star in 2007 and since opening in February 1992, Chapter One and its team have been honoured many awards for service and food over the years such as, Best Dublin Restaurant, Best Restaurant, Best Chef and Best Wine List to name a few.
The Head Chef is Ross Lewis and he aims to focus on local & seasonal produce to create an array of modern dishes with a combination of robust flavours. Reservations are strictly by booking only, so book early to avoid disappointment. Private dining is available - The Jameson Room is a modern dining room, which is a warm and intimate dining experience that holds a maximum of 14 people. The Vaults Room is a semi-private dining area, which is annexed to the main Bar and is perfect for group reservations and holds a maximum of 16 people.

Gallagher’s Boxty House started from a native from Co Leitrim travelling to Venezuela in the Early 1980’s to observe the Syrians practicing their native home-cooking and preparing Pitas and Koftas. He promised himself that when he returned to Ireland he would set up his own Restaurant and share his favourite food with the people of Dublin and its visitors.
