Impratical Jokers

10th Jan 2017
Impractical Jokers is an American hidden camera-practical joke reality series that premiered on TruTV on December 15, 2011 and is produced by NorthSouth Productions. It follows Joseph "Joe" Gatto, James "Murr" Murray, Brian "Q" Quinn and Salvatore "Sal" Vulcano, the four members of the comedy troupe The Tenderloins as they coerce one another into doing public pranks while being filmed by hidden cameras. The show differs from other prank television programs in that the stars of Impractical Jokers do not know the details of the prank until the moment they are performing it on strangers. They perform the pranks as challenges to the unsuspecting public and if they fail them, they go on a loser board. At the end of the episode, the joker(s) with the most failures goes through a punishment, which are created by the winning joker(s) and are usually far worse than the challenges themselves.

Susan Hill’s best-selling novel tells the story of a lawyer obsessed with a curse that he believes has been cast over him and his family by the spectre of a ‘Woman in Black’.  He engages a young actor to help him tell his story and exorcise the fear that grips his soul.  It begins innocently enough, but as they reach further into his darkest memories, they find themselves caught up in a world of eerie marshes and moaning winds. The borders between make believe and reality begin to blur and the flesh begins to creep.

Returning Due To Phenomenal Public Demand, From 28th March – 1st April 2017 in the Gaiety Theatre. This is the tale of a middle aged woman called Maureen Folan, a plain and lonely woman in her early 40s, and Mag, her manipulative, aging mother, whose interference in Maureen's first and potentially last loving relationship sets in motion a chain of events that are as tragically funny as they are horrific.
