These stunning pieces of artwork will be on show in the Irish Museum of Modern Art, Royal Hospital, Kilmainham. There is will be 50 pieces in total to this exhibition and are presented in a dedicated Freud centre in the stunning Garden Galleries. All these pieces are on a 5 year contract load from private buyers of Lucian Freud’s work.

Constance Markievicz was born into the world at a time when women had limited options and rights. Despite that, she went on to live a life which shaped a nation, and a new world. Constance grew up at Lissadell House in Sligo, where her father was the definition of a good landlord. During her lifetime Constance helped to found nationalist movements, fought for the republic, and served in government as a cabinet minister. She was and still is a hero for the women of Ireland.
An exhibition and lecture of her amazing life will take place in The Little Museum and tickets are €15
