The CASTLE VAULTS Restaurant
The "Castle Vaults" Restaurant has expertly joined together the 19th and 21st centuries to offer, comfort, excellent service, reasonable prices and most of all good, quality food.
The unforgettable experience of dining beneath the Vaulted Ceiling of an original 19th Century Wine Vaults, subtle Lighting and original stone walls add to the ambiance of this unique Restaurant.
Our Pre Theatre/Early Bird menu is designed for those who are heading out for the evening yet still want to enjoy a delicious meal. It is served between 5pm and 7pm Monday to Sunday.
Our A La Carté Menu is served between 5pm and 9pm Monday to Wednesday and 5pm to 10pm Thursday to Sunday and is ideal for those who wish to dine at their leisure.
A Children's Menu is also available.
A Full Irish Breakfast or Vegetarian Breakfast is also served each morning from 7.30am-10.00am (A continental breakfast can be provided on request from 4am) and is included and is included in all our room prices.
Farm Fresh
All our beef and poultry is sourced exclusively from Irish farms and freshly prepared at the Castle Hotel.
